Dog Therapy Program

The Dream Builders Project is a sponsor of the Amerman Family Foundation Dog Therapy Program at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. In addition to the amazing medical care Children’s Hospital Los Angeles provides its patients, this program has been a impactful part of care for patients. The 100 dog teams visits 7 days a week, all year round to provide an opportunity for memorable moments during what can be a challenging time for patients.

The Dog Therapy program is a part of CHLA’s comprehensive approach to treating young patients. The program is not eligible for any reimbursement from private insurance and is funded entirely through donations. Our organization pledges to donate to this amazing program through our Dog Therapy Campaign. All donations to the campaign will directly benefit the program to cover all essential costs.
